The property was perfect for the occasion. The restaurants were delicious and a convenient walk. The bar had great bartenders and the sunset shot was fun for everyone. There are Tennis courts/pickle ball and people playing games throughout the morning and teams were welcoming to new people. There was a coffee truck that set up by the pier available if you didn't want to use the coffee maker in your room. The pier was good for fishing and very well built. The pool was small but not many people were using it. I would stay in Littler Harbor again for a short stay but you need to know.On the bad side of this reviewThere are extremely bright security lights outside every room. Eye masks and Blackout curtains with clips make it tolerable. No curtains will cover the lights coming through completely, so plan ahead. The bedding was lacking comfort. Pillows were old and flat, There was a blanket in the closet that was 80s style crushed felt material. The comforter was dated and not something you wanted to use. The picture showed nice white clean bedding but it was not what was on the bed when we arrived. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure but very tiny.

Condo was clean, beautiful view, loved watching the Dolphins playing, walked to restaurants , Definitely would recommend and we would stay there again,

The unit we stayed in was in an unsecured building and immediately there was an unpleasant odor in that building as well in the unit. One night when we returned to the unit, there was a man in the common 2nd floor landing area resting in a lounge chair. We had no idea whether he was a guest or not. The A/C heat unit was so loud and sounded like water running in a bathtub every time it cycled on. The vent fan in the bathroom was very loud. The mattress and the pillows on the king bed were of very low quality and both my husband and I have back pain after our stay. The comforter on the bed had stains on it. When the weather turned cold, we turned the A/C heat unit to heat on our last night. In the middle of the night, the smoke detector went off because of dust in the unit and we had the burnt smell in the unit. There were two small refrigerators in the unit and one of them was completely frozen over. This is the worst experience we’ve ever had.

Everything was filthy. Dishes in the cabinets, the stove, the counter, the floors. It was as if the place hadn’t been properly cleaned. Furthermore what were provided for the kitchen was a half used dish soap, a used sponge, and one nasty dishwasher tablet when we were supposed to receive two. When i contacted the host about it, they spoke like they intended to fix the issue and then ignored me for the rest of my stay. Additionally, standing in the kitchen i could smell someone smoking- fresh smoke, not as if someone had smoked inside previously.
