U616 Beach Bum- Little Harbor Resort Beach & amenities!

We arrived at night so it was a little tricky to find, however I was able to get ahold of her and she walked me through it no problem! I wasn't able to get ahold of her in the morning around check out which is okay, I'm sure there was a lot of other checking out. Definitely needs a deep clean. A little over priced in my opinion. Other than that it was great for what we needed. Cutest little place. Would definitely book again if in the area.

The reservation process was seamless, the information shared by the management company was good, the notebook with information about the unit was very helpful although we never did see the wifi information if that was included. The beds, pillows and towels were comfortable and the location was very close to restaurants and other amenities. I highly recommend Sunset Grill - great food and service and a view of the water! The view from the room balcony was nothing special, the other furniture was uncomfortable, and the game room on the premises was a joke. We didn't get to use the outdoor amenities because it rained so I can't comment on them. My biggest complaints are the bathroom fan that sounds like the space shuttle taking off when the light is turned on and the lack of "basic supplies." The one bar of soap was about the size of a half dollar so we had to go out and buy our own and the shampoo supplied was only enough for one hair wash.

It was okay. We spent most days visiting my son and family we had many meals with him. We had a great view at the condo. We really enjoyed our time at condo.

This is a little gem of an experience. The property is located on a point jutting into Tampa Bay, with a great skyline view of Tampa, especially at night. The property offers all sorts of activities, has a great pool that is clean and well maintained, two restaurants within walking distance, park for kids across the street. All is very clean and maintained. Its secluded location makes for a quiet stay, with so many friendly people staying on the property. The room is not large, but is an efficiency that afford basic needs for cooking and living. There is a front porch with two chairs. Carmen, our contact, was outstanding in communicating with us concerning the rental, directions to the property, and helping us when we had difficulty with entering the room when we arrived. This is a great spot to unwind and chill out, however a short distance to the Tampa area will afford any thrills and nightlife a traveler would wish.

Overall it was nice. The location was close to an amazing restaurant and bay area. The room was nice with everything needed. Just as described. Easy access and quiet area.
