Carmen is great
The room itself is clean, but dated. The host Carmen was great. While the room was clean, the facility itself is rather dirty and needs some attention

The beds
The mattresses were old, worn and uncomfortable to sleep on they really need to be replaced. The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Carmen was very helpful and professional
