U408 Balcony/ Resort Amenities! Free Parking/Wifi/Self Check in/Restaurants

I liked that the property was very large had more than one pool and a club house that we had access too.. was very clean.. our lock number to get in the room on arrival did not work.. so had to call the host.. and check out procedures for this unit I might thought was excessive.. but loved our visit over all

Excellent stay, clean studio room and lovely patio. Make sure the leaves on the trees are cut so that the view of the water can be seen.

The check in is easy, the neighborhood is great but when you get into the room that you think is going to be cute it is far from it. When you first walk in a mold smells takes over your senses. There is mold starting to grow out of the AC vent, it was so bad that I had to put a fitted sheet over it and keep the balcony door open. We only stayed two nights out of seven nights because we ended up getting sick. When checking out I let the Carmen lady know about the mold, however I still have not gotten a response, sad. Usually I don’t write reviews, however we got sick and I would hate for someone else to get sick just from booking what you think is going to be a beautiful room from the pictures.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen's condo at The Little Harbor. The location was perfect, and the condo size was just right. The condo had everything as promised - the kitchen, balcony, resort amenities! We enjoyed the week. Carmen was quick to respond to our questions, and was very polite! Thank you Carmen!

Just not for us. Place wasn’t great. Beach wasn’t great.
